This delicious cream soup made from the best vegetables: courgette, white asparagus, artichoke, spinach, carrot, leek...etc. With a very balanced and natural flavour, this cream soup is made without colourings, thickeners (starches or others), preservatives or flavour enhancers.

It is recommended to heat the cream over a low heat in a casserole. You can add to taste: grated or fresh cheese, croutons, pieces of seafood (shrimp, prawns, etc.), cream drawings, sautéed vegetables or ham. To drink cold and be more refreshing, 2-3 ice cubes can be chopped together with the cream previously chilled in the fridge (unopened).

Ingredients: Water, courgette (7,5%), onion, leek, white asparagus (6%), potato (6%), olive oil (5%), carrot, artichoke (4%), spinach (3%), butter, cream, cognac, salt, white wine and ascorbic acid.
