FOXPOST PARCEL MACHINES

FOXPOST is a simple and time-saving parcel delivery service that is also available in our online shop. When you order your parcel to one of FOXPOST's parcel machines, you don't have to wait all day for the courier. You can pick up the products you ordered at any time during the opening hours of the parcel machine.

The delivery fee to FOXPOST machines is 990 HUF nationwide; for cash on delivery payments the fee is 1.390 HUF.

Please note that you can only pay by credit card at the FOXPOST machines.

GLS EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY

You can receive our products within up to 2 days, delivered by GLS Express delivery service. You can request the parcel to be delivered to your place of work or home, as long as the pick-up time is between 9.00 and 17.00 on a working day.

The delivery fee is always 2,190 HUF (up to 40 kg parcel limit) and 2,790 HUF in case of cash on delivery.

Orders placed before 2 pm will be handed over to the courier the next day and delivered the following day by our GLS partner. You will receive your order on the 2nd working day after the order is placed.

We recommend that you always specify a delivery location where the courier will be sure to find you or your representative. When ordering, you can enter your delivery details in the comment box (e.g. doorbell, post office, name of the person you are ordering from, etc.).

If you encounter any problems with the delivery, please call the GLS customer service phone number, where you can get precise information using the tracking code you received in the confirmation letter

GLS EXPRESS PARCEL POINT / PARCEL MACHINE

When ordering, you can select the GLS parcel point as the pick-up location, which can be a parcel point or a parcel machine.

Delivery to a GLS parcel point or parcel machine costs 1,790 HUF for online payment and 2,390 HUF for cash on delivery.

If you select GLS Parcel Point at the bottom of the "Cart" page, you can use the map search to find the most convenient pick-up point for you (taking into account its opening hours). Once your product arrives at the parcel point, GLS will immediately notify you by email of this and the opening hours of the pick-up point.
