PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for the products you have selected using several payment solutions.

Easy credit card payment

Card acceptance for Sol Deli is provided by SimplePay by OTP Mobil Kft. Simple Pay is a member of the OTP Group.

During online payment, after providing the requested data, the customer is redirected from the webshop's Checkout page to SimplePay's secure payment page, where the necessary card data must be provided for payment.

The merchant does not gain knowledge of the data content of the SimplePay payment page, as it is an independent and protected internet page.

Steps of the transaction:

  1. Under Payment Methods, select SimplePay by OTP Mobil Kft.
  2. After summarizing the order, click on the "Pay" button to be redirected to the Simple payment page, where you initiate the transaction by entering your bank card details.
  3. After entering your card details, please check the accuracy of the data.
  4. The transaction processing begins in the bank's processing systems.
  5. You will also receive an email notification about the payment result, and the Simple Pay system will redirect you to the webshop page.
  6. In case of successful payment, our system will automatically continue processing your order, and you will also receive an email from us about its status.
  7. After successful payment, the invoice will be automatically sent to you by email to the billing address provided during registration (or otherwise specified).


Cash or card payment to the courier (cash on delivery)

The cost of cash on delivery for GLS delivery is HUF 600, and for Foxpost parcel locker use it is HUF 400, which will appear in the total amount when selecting the cash on delivery payment method. You can see this on the summary page at the end of the ordering process.


Bank transfer

For bank transfers, select "bank transfer" as the payment option at checkout.

After confirming your order, please transfer the total amount of the order to the following account.

The invoice for the purchase will be sent after the bank transfer has been received.


IMPORTANT

Please note that if the customer does not accept the ordered product(s) delivered in accordance with the contract (regardless of the payment method), they commit a breach of contract and fall into default according to Section 6:156 (1) of the Civil Code.

This means that the Service Provider, based on the rules of management without mandate - if the Consumer does not indicate their intention to withdraw (and does not declare whether they wish to take over the ordered product(s)) - will charge the customer for the usual costs of storage related to the product(s) and the shipping costs (including the cash on delivery fee, if applicable) for both directions.
