Andreola is one of the most highly regarded family wineries in the Valdobbiadene wine region. Since 1984, they have focused exclusively on the noblest growing area for Prosecco: the Valdobbiadene DOCG region, famous for its steep hillsides. Their wines are known for their respect for the terroir, precise viticulture, and elegant style.
The Dirupo Brut is one of the winery's best-known Proseccos. The name "Dirupo" refers to the steep slopes of the region, where most of the grapes are still harvested by hand today. The DOCG designation of origin guarantees that the wine comes from the finest Prosecco growing area, where both yields and winemaking methods are defined by strict regulations.
On the nose, notes of green apple, pear, white flowers, and subtle citrus unfold, complemented by an elegant minerality. Thanks to the Brut style, it is dry, fresh, and extremely sophisticated, with fine bubbles and a long, clean finish.
An excellent choice as an aperitif, it also pairs perfectly with oysters, seafood, light fish dishes, sushi, or fresh goat cheeses.
Thanks to its elegant character, it is a worthy choice for both celebratory occasions and special dinners.
