Nocellara del Belice is an olive cultivar from the Valle del Belice area of south-western Sicily. The fruits are large, round shape and green olives with a mild, buttery flavour and intesne colour.
They have a soft and dense pulp that gives them a fruity and very delicate taste.
They are ripened in brine and seasoned according to tradition with Sicilian aromas and extra virgin olive oil.
The slowness with which they are prepared restores a balance of flavours, preserving the fragrance of the olive and making it easy to digest.
A delicious and light product, ideal for appetizers and aperitifs. The brine balances the bitterness of the olive.
