These organic almond kernels originate from almond trees in the Casa de Valbom orchard, situated in the Trás-os-Montes region of Portugal. They are cultivated in accordance with organic farming principles for several decades. This product comes from the family that provides us the excellent organic olive oils: Casa de Valbom and Origens.  

Packaged in 250g portions, these almond kernels are encased in robust craft paper, internally lined with food-grade plastic for enhanced preservation.

The delightful taste of these almonds is a product of the distinct soil and special regional climate of Trás-os-Montes region in Northern Portugal. This unique flavor is retained as the almonds are stored with their skin and promptly processed after shell removal.
