This a pure wine from the cellars of Famiglia Migliore made of the typical, indigenous Sicilian grape variety: Nero d'Avola. It has a brilliant ruby red colour.
The nose is characteristic, offering hints of red berry fruit, cherry and raspberry notes.
On the palate it is soft, enveloping, velvety, elegant and persistent, characterized by a caressing tannin and continuous fruity notes. Remarkable structure and persistence, while at the same time being soft and velvety.
Aged in steel tanks and then 4 months in bottle.
Pairings: grilled meat, red meats, medium mature cheeses and tasty first courses.
