Specialty coffee is an artisanal, locally produced coffee with a fresh roast.
As well as having a reduced ecological footprint, it also offers a variety of flavors and sensory paths. This is, by definition, a coffee without defects, sifted and selected at source so that it has no impurities.
These are limited editions, roasted in small quantities to guarantee maximum freshness and to emphasize the best characteristics of each coffee.
This coffee is 100% Arabica from Peru.
It has fruity citrus notes with an elegant acidity.
