Tagliatelle, derived from the Italian word "tagliare," meaning "to cut," is a traditional pasta originating from the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions of Italy. One of the most well known Italian pasta varieties, these long, flat ribbons resemble fettuccine and typically measure about 6 mm in width.
Tagliatelle pairs well with various sauces, with the classic choice being a meat or Bolognese sauce.
This special tagliatelle is flavoured with cuttlefish ink to add a little twist to the pasta, not just on colour but also taste. Perfect to pair with seafood flavoured with gralic, white wine and parsely.
This bronze drawn durum wheat semolina pasta from the workshop of Pastificio Fiorillo, is subjected to slow drying to preserve the organoleptic, nutritional and healthy properties.
