This spinach-infused bronze-drawn pasta from the Calabrian manufacturer: Pastificio Fiorillo's workshop is made from Italan durum wheat semolina and dried slowly to preserve its taste, nutritional value, and health benefits. The addition of spinach gives it a delicate earthy note that complements a wide range of sauces.

Tagliatelle, named after the Italian word "tagliare"—to cut—is a traditional pasta shape from the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions. These long, flat ribbons, similar to fettuccine and about 6 mm wide, are among the most iconic types of Italian pasta.

Spinach tagliatelle works beautifully with both light and creamy sauces, as well as with classic Bolognese for a colorful twist on tradition.
