Shipping Policy
FOXPOST LOCKERS
FOXPOST is a simple and time-saving method for package pickup, which is available on our online store as well. If you request your order to be delivered to any of the FOXPOST package lockers, you won't have to wait for the courier all day. You can pick up your ordered items at any time during the locker's opening hours.
The cost of delivery to FOXPOST lockers is a flat rate of 890 HUF with online payment in our webshop and 1,190 HUF if you pay at the locker.
Delivery is free over 19,000 HUF!
Please note that you can only pay by card if you choose pay upon pick up.
GLS EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY
You can receive our products within up to 2 days, delivered by GLS Express delivery service. You can request the parcel to be delivered to your place of work or home, as long as the pick-up time is between 9.00 and 17.00 on a working day.
The delivery fee is always 2190 HUF (up to 40 kg parcel limit).
In case the value of the order is over 25,000 HUF the delivery is free!
Orders will be handed over to the courier the next day and delivered the following day by our GLS partner. You will receive your order on the 2nd working day after the order is placed.
We recommend that you always specify a delivery location where the courier will be sure to find you or your representative. When ordering, you can enter your delivery details in the comment box (e.g. doorbell, post office, name of the person you are ordering from, etc.).
If you encounter any problems with the delivery, please call the GLS customer service phone number, where you can get precise information using the tracking code you received in the confirmation letter

GLS EXPRESS PARCEL POINT
When ordering, you can select the GLS parcel point as the pick-up location, which can be a parcel point or a parcel machine.
If you select GLS Parcel Point at the bottom of the "Cart" page, you can use the map search to find the most convenient pick-up point for you (taking into account its opening hours). Once your product arrives at the parcel point, GLS will immediately notify you by email of this and the opening hours of the pick-up point.
The delivery free to parcel points is the same as home delivery (see above).
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay the purchase price of the products you have selected using several payment methods.
Easy payment by credit card
The Sol Deli can accept cards through SimplePay by OTP Mobil Kft. Simple Pay is a member of the OTP Group.
During online payment, after entering the requested data, the customer is transferred from the Cashier page of the online store to the secure payment page of SimplePay, where the card details required for payment are entered.
Sol Deli has no knowledge of the data content of the SimplePay payment page, as it is an independent and secure website.
The steps of the transaction:
1. Under Payment Methods, select SimplePay by OTP Mobil Kft.
2. Click on the "Pay" button to be redirected to the Simple payment page, where
3. You can start the transaction by entering your credit card details.
4. Once you have entered your card details, please check that they are correct.
5. The transaction will start processing in the bank's processing systems.
6. You will also be notified of the payment result by e-mail and will be redirected back to the webshop page by the Simple Pay system.
In the case of a successful payment, our system will automatically continue processing your order and you will also receive an email from us with the status of your order.
7. After successful payment, your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email to the billing address you provided.
Cash or credit card payment to courier (Cash on Delivery)
The cash on delivery fee is 500 Ft which is already shown in the total amount when you select the cash on delivery payment method
Bank Transfer
You can also pay for the products by bank transfer, and we will hand over the parcel to the courier as soon as we receive the payment. You find the bank details below:

In case of prepayment, please include the order number in the message/comment field (e.g. 1407) from the order confirmation e-mail, when preparing the bank transfer.
Advance payment is convenient and advantageous for you in several ways.
If you have a netbank you can transfer the value of the ordered products in advance and you don't have to worry about paying in cash when you receive the parcel.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer in advance, we will dispatch the parcel after we have received the order value.
Your order will be held for 2 working days from the date of ordering the product(s), if the order is not credited to our bank account by this date, the order will be automatically cancelled.
On site pickup
Our business works as a webshop only, so personal delivery is not possible at the moment. Thank you for your understading!
