The intense flavor of chocolate with at least 50% cocoa content is paired with the bright, tart, citrusy aroma of lemon. A fresher, lighter character bar in which the bitterness of the cocoa and the vibrant flavor of the citrus beautifully counterbalance each other.
The specialty of Cioccolato di Modica is its low-temperature processing: the partially undissolved sugar crystals give it its characteristic, crunchy, granular texture. It is the world’s only PGI-certified chocolate, cold-processed, vegan, and naturally gluten- and lactose-free.
