These beautiful, bright red cherry peppers are filled with duck liver pâté and fresh cream cheese. Their specialty lies in their surprisingly crispy texture, combined with the sweet taste of the peppers and a pleasantly mild spiciness, all crowned with the velvety smoothness of the olive oil.
It is important to note that the Spanish name "pimiento cherry" should not be confused with the Hungarian hot cherry pepper: these peppers are basically sweet, juicy, and have only a subtle spiciness.
Rosara's cherry peppers stuffed with duck liver pâté are a real delicacy that can be served immediately after opening.
