This vinho verde wine is made from white grape varieties native to the Minho region. The grapes come from simple cordon-trained vineyards with an average age of 15 years.
The wine requires great care to maximize its quality potential: gentle maceration, 12 hours of decanting, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (16-18 °C) to preserve the primary aromas. The wine is then stored in tanks, stabilized and bottled.
A lemon-colored, aromatic, soft and harmonious wine with a slight carbonation, youthful, light and refreshing. It has unique characteristics that make it suitable for a variety of leisure activities and social events.
It is excellent on its own or as an aperitif, with salads or light, vegetable- and white meat-based dishes from Eastern cuisine.
Grape varieties: 75% Loureiro, 12.5% Trajadura, 12.5% Arinto
Recommended serving temperature: 6-8 °C
