Nero Black scabbardfish fillets in olive oil is an artisanal canned food that is the perfect addition to any seafood lover's pantry.

The Black scabbardfish (Aphanopus carbo) is a popular delicacy in the Madeira archipelago and can only be found in a few locations worldwide. This deep-sea fish inhabits the Atlantic Ocean at depths ranging from 200 to 1700 meters. In Câmara de Lobos, Madeira, many fishermen specialize in catching this species due to its abundance in the area. While the practice of intensive fishing of the black scabbardfish dates back to the 19th century, there were already reports of its capture on the island before then.

The Nero Black scabbardfish fillets are carefully hand-selected for production and canned with the utmost care to ensure that they retain their natural flavor and texture. What sets these fillets apart is their unique taste, which is a result of the swordfish's distinct flavor profile and the high-quality olive oil they are canned in.

The combination of the two creates a bold and savory taste that is sure to leave your taste buds tingling with delight. Whether you are a fan of special seafood or just looking to try something new, Nero Black Scabbardfish fillets are a must-try. The artisanal canning process ensures that each fillet is bursting with flavor and retains all of its nutritional value.

So why settle for ordinary canned seafood when you can indulge in the extraordinary taste of this unique product?
