The gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the farm of Vale de Arca is a complex, fresh and subtle superior quality extra virgin, exclusively extracted from handpicked green healthy olives.
It is a complex, smooth and balanced olive oil, light to medium fruity from green and ripe olives, with marked notes of olive leaf green, grass and tomato, dried and fresh fruit, such as tomato.
Slightly bitter and spicy, with some persistence in the mouth.
Varieties: Picual, Passeira and Frantoio
