Terre dei Trulli is a family business rooted in Puglia traditions and craftsmanship, founded by the Casulli family in 1986. Their pasta is made from carefully ground durum wheat flour using traditional, artisanal techniques.

This linguine pasta is part of Terre dei Trulli's "Le Lunghe" range and offers the taste and excellent texture of classic long pasta. But this is not just any linguine: the pasta is mixed with 3% lemon juice, a delicate natural lemon flavor and a pinch of turmeric to make it fragrant and wildly yellow.

Thanks to the traditional bronze-forming process and slow drying, the pasta retains its rustic texture, making it excellently adherent to sauces - so every strand is delicious.

Serving suggestions: Lemon linguine is great with seafood – such as shrimp, mussels – but can also be enjoyed simply drizzled with olive oil, lemon zest and fresh parsley. It also pairs wonderfully with seasonal grilled vegetables such as zucchini, asparagus or cherry tomatoes, especially when seasoned with a little extra virgin olive oil and pecorino or parmesan cheese. For a lighter flavour, mix it with garlic, a little butter and a little fresh lemon juice.
