Menabrea Zero Zero is made for those who want the refreshing character of a classic lager, just without the alcohol. It is a genuine 0.00% non-alcoholic beer, brewed with bottom-fermenting yeast, featuring a golden color and a dense, lasting head.

Despite the lack of alcohol, they have managed to create a surprisingly full-bodied beer. Its bitterness is restrained and its flavor profile is balanced, making it an easy-drinking, crisp lager that doesn't try to compensate with excessive hopping or intense maltiness.

The recipe is simple: water, barley malt, corn, and hops. Its energy content is only 14 kcal/100 g, meaning a 330 ml bottle contains less than 50 kcal.

Menabrea has been brewing its beers in Biella, Northern Italy, at the foot of the Alps, since 1846. Zero Zero is the non-alcoholic alternative from the same historic brewery, making it a great addition to the Menabrea beers already available from us.

What should you pair it with?

The producer recommends it for seafood, rice dishes, and fresh, mild cheeses—meaning it easily finds a place on a Mediterranean tapas spread. We would serve it with burrata or mozzarella, tuna dishes, grilled shrimp, or simply as an aperitivo.
