An beautiful red wine from Monte da Colónia, selection harvest of 2023.

The grapes are hand selected to use only the perfect fruits, followed by destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature before aging in French oak barrels.

It's a beautiful wine of garnet color, bright spectrum. Intense aroma of berries such as blackberry or blueberry. Touch vanilla.

Smooth and pleasantly balanced in the mouth, it shows the same aromatic freshness well married with toasted notes like nougat and caramel, coming from the stage with French oak wood. A very seductive wine.

Excellent to accompany red meat, lamb stew or cured cheeses of goat and sheep from Alentejo.

Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Touriga Nacional

Best served at 16 °C

Alcohol: 15% vol.
