This excellent rosé wine from Olivia's Winery is aged 9 months in stainless steel before being bottled.
It shows aromas of red fruits, flowers and minerality. The palate reveals very fresh red fruit. Good company at the table. A wine with an austere, fresh and acidic profile.
Nose: Medium intensity, white flowers, strawberry, pomegranate and wet stone.
Grape variety: Touriga Nacional
We recommend serving this wine at 12 °C

The vineyards of Olivia's Winery are located in the Trás-os-Montes region of northern Portugal, near the charming town of Alfândega da Fé, at an average altitude of 550 metres above sea level.
More
