This excellent rosé wine from Olivia's Winery is aged 9 months in stainless steel before being bottled. It shows aromas of red fruits, flowers and minerality. The palate reveals very fresh red fruit. Good company at the table. A wine with an austere, fresh and acidic profile.
Nose: Medium intensity, white flowers, strawberry, pomegranate and wet stone.
Grape variety: Touriga Nacional
