Entremada de Porco Preto is a piece of meaty fat from the belly of the Alentejo black pig (Iberian black pig), an exceptional breed favoured by nature. It is raised on the Alentejo plains in a free-range system, fattened mainly on acorns.

The result of high quality raw materials and the knowledge accumulated over centuries of experience, salted meat and bacon was made up of time, patience and attention, as it allowed the food to be preserved for a long time.

With its unmistakable Iberian pork flavour, entremeada is a must in stews and casseroles, but it can also be eaten raw in thin slices as an aperitif.

Entremeada is always tasty raw, but it's even more delicious cooked in a frying pan.

Vacuum-packed to guarantee maximum quality and genuine flavour until it reaches your home.
