Cecinas Pablo is a family business from Astorga (León province), Spain, which started in the early '90s from a small butcher shop. From the beginning, their goal was to revive and perfect traditional meat curing techniques – and today they are recognized as an internationally acclaimed producer. Their philosophy is simple: excellent raw materials, artisanal approach, and continuous development.

This sliced Jamón Serrano perfectly embodies this approach: a ham cured for at least 16 months, which acquires its rich aroma and silky texture through a slow, natural process. Thanks to the restrained salting, the salt does not dominate, but the meat itself – with a subtly nutty, deep, yet balanced flavor profile.

The thinly sliced form is particularly practical: it can be consumed immediately and is ideal for tapas, sandwiches, or antipasti platters. If possible, consume at room temperature, when the fat melts delicately, making the taste experience even more intense.

A classic Spanish staple that brings the elegance of traditional ham curing in every bite – simply, but very well.
