Valle da Fonte Reserva Branco 2023

Valle da Fonte Reserva Branco is a premium white wine produced in the Douro wine region of Portugal, which is renowned for its high-quality wines. The wine is made from a blend of traditional Portuguese grape varieties, carefully selected and handpicked from the best vineyards.

Good aromatic complexity. Notes of white fruit, white flowers with a good balance well integrated barrel toast.

Tasting notes: Fruity, fresh, good volume in the mouth with a delicate structured and persistent finish.

Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes harvested by hand and and transported in crates of 18 kg were hand manually selected on a selection belt, destemmed and gently pressed.

Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a temperature of 14-15ºC. After fermentation the wine was partially matured for 6 months in French oak barrels. Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany dishes based on fish, seafood and white meats.
