A prime example of the most emblematic regional varieties of the Lisbon Region - Arinto and Fernão Pires . this wine combines the aromatic exuberance and unctuous mouthfeel of Fernão Pires with the freshness and minerality of Arinto.

A bright and breezy style of white wine from a small appellation north of Lisbon called Alenquer. Produced from traditional local varieties, this refreshing wine is full of lively ripe citrus and plum fruit.

The wine has an exuberant floral aroma with notes of white fruit and citrus with a saline note characteristic of the terroir.

Great wine to drink by the glass or to be paired with food.

Both grape varieties are harvested at night followed by cold maceration and a few hours of pressing. The clarification of the must takes place by 48 hours of cold decanting. Fermentation is with indigenous yeast and the wine is aged in concrete tanks for four months.
