Hand-picked pieces of Alalunga tuna fillet are lightly seasoned with sea salt and marinated in fine olive oil. Also called white tuna, it has excellent organoleptic characteristics. Its meat is firm and compact with low fat content and good protein intake.

Pole-fished between June and September when the tuna weight does not exceed 25 kg. It is the most prized of all tunnids.

This Alalunga tuna in olive oil is processed fresh and jarred by hand. It has a beautiful pinkish colour and a lower fat content than normal tuna, which makes it truly unique.

Delicate with toasted ciabatta and excellent for making a good tuna salad.

After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
