This is a specialty coffee from El Salvador (SHG quality, Strictly High Grown), by Portuguese producer Beira Douro Cafés.

Specialty coffee is an artisanal, locally produced coffee with a fresh roast.

As well as having a reduced ecological footprint, it also offers a variety of flavors and sensory paths. This is, by definition, a coffee without defects, sifted and selected at source so that it has no impurities.

These are limited editions, roasted in small quantities to guarantee maximum freshness and to emphasize the best characteristics of each coffee.

This coffee is 100% Arabica from El Salvador.

SHG certification indicates that the coffee was cultivated at an elevation of higher than 1300 meters. Coffee grown at higher altitudes and cooler temperatures matures more slowly, resulting in a denser bean and a more desirable specialty cup.

This coffee is richly perfumed with a medium acidity.
