From the best seafood comes Rosara's seafood cream soup, which is probably the brand's star product thanks to its exquisite flavour.
Its trick is to be found in the natural flavours simmered in pots just as you would at home. This great cream soup has an intense seafood flavour but with a creamy and pleasant texture, as if it had just been made. The seafood does not come from any dehydrated or concentrated compounds or extracts. This cream is made without colourings, thickeners (starches or other), preservatives or flavour enhancers. In addition, it contains only 5% fat.
With a balanced and clean seafood flavour, it is recommended to heat the cream over a low heat in a casserole. You can add to taste: croutons, pieces of seafood (shrimp, prawns, etc.), or cream topping. To drink cold and be more refreshing, you can crush 2-3 ice cubes together with the cream previously cooled in the fridge (unopened).
Ingredients: seafood and fish stock (60%) (in variable proportion of langoustine, prawns, conger eel or monkfish), tomato, onion, carrot, sunflower oil, leek, rice, cognac, cream, butter, salt and citric acid.
