The Origens Bio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a moderately fruity olive oil with notes alluding to fresh grass, green leaves and also tomato.

This premium olive oil is made only from indigenous olive varieties to Trás.os.Montes like Verdeal, Transmontana and Cobrançosa. These olive varieties may be richer in polyphenols and therefore more resistant to oxidation.

It is of medium intensity, slightly spicy but smooth at the same time.

A real taste sensation, perfect for consuming simply with a slice of fresh bread, dripping on salads or for cooking soups, stews or seafood.
