Straw colour, with aromas of green apple, lemon and orange blossom, with an involving palate, with pear and lime flavours and balanced acidity.

After a careful selection of the best Arinto and Trajadura grapes, they are picked ripe and vinified using the most modern technology, total destemming, light pressing and fermented at controlled temperatures without the use of oenological products in order to preserve the typical aromas of the grape varieties.
