An amazing white wine from Olivia's Winery.

A combination of incredible grape varieties but not well known outside Portugal: Rabigato, Viosinho, Códega do Larinho, Fernão Pires, Síria.

The quartz-rich schist terroir imparts energy to the wine, which is exacerbated by the nearly 600-meter altitude of this special vineyard. Blindly, it is very easy to go for a Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaillons'. Delicate floral on the nose, medium body with richness and depth, and a very strong sense of minerality that expresses itself in the form of crushed stones. Beautifully textured and fresh wine.
