This cream soup is made with the best white asparagus from Navarra. With an intense but balanced asparagus flavour, this cream is made without colourings, thickeners (starches or other), preservatives or flavour enhancers. In addition, it contains only 2.5% fat.

Rosara is located in the heart of Navarre and its cuisine is based on slow cooking, quality products and a lot of patience because that is all they use in their preparations, no artificial products, no preservatives or flavourings.
It is recommended to heat the cream over a low heat in a casserole. You can add to taste: pieces of seafood (shrimp, prawns, etc.), cream, sautéed vegetables, ham, etc. To drink cold and be more refreshing, you can crush 2-3 ice cubes together with the cream soup previously cooled in the fridge (unopened).
