This delectable spread is made from wild Boletus Edulis, sometimes known as ceps or porcini mushrooms.
It has a creamy texture and a strong Boletus flavor, is perfect as an appetizer or as a side dish for a variety of meals.
Perfect as a spread on buttered bread or as a side dish for vegetables, fish, or meat. It can be spread directly on grilled or steamed meat, fish, or vegetables, or it can be put on the side of the plate.
It also works really well as a garnish for your risottos, paellas, or meat noodles.
When making tapas or pinchos, it's a great basis made with toasted bread that you can mix with a variety of foods like beef or pork sirloin, artichoke, foie, duck magret, or chicken.
