It is a delicious spread based on wild Boletus Edulis (also called mushrooms or Ceps) to which we have added the delicious aromatic touch of truffle.
With a creamy texture and a resounding Boletus flavour, this spread is ideal as an
ideal as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to all kinds of dishes.

Ideal as a spread directly on toasted bread or as an accompaniment to meat, fish or vegetables. It can be placed on the side of the plate or spread directly on grilled/steamed meat, fish or vegetables.

It also goes very well as a topping for your rice dishes, risottos or paellas/meat noodles.
It is a good base on toasted bread to make tapas or pinchos and combine with many ingredients such as: pork or beef sirloin, artichoke, foie, duck magret, poultry (chicken, turkey, etc.) salmon or salmon-free trout, wild asparagus, etc.
It is recommended to be served at room temperature, although it can also be slightly warmed.

Ingredients: Boletus edulis (50%), Lentinula edodes mushrooms, meat stock, olive oil, onion, rice, white wine, cream, garlic, salt, truffle: Tuber melanosporum and ascorbic acid.
