The story of La Chinata began in 1922 in Plasencia, Extremadura, where the family business has been making high-quality extra virgin olive oils and gourmet products from them for generations. The brand's philosophy is simple: to combine excellent ingredients with the best flavours of Mediterranean cuisine.

This special olive oil-based seasoning oil is made from La Chinata's premium extra virgin olive oil, flavoured with dried chili peppers (guindilla). The result is a harmonious, pleasantly spicy oil that does not overpower the taste of dishes but elegantly highlights them. The product contains 97% extra virgin olive oil and 2% dried guindilla chili peppers, thus combining the fruity aromas of olive oil with the characteristic strength of chili.

Just a few drops are enough to add a new dimension to pizzas, pasta dishes, grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or even a simple bruschetta. It is also an excellent choice for marinades, salad dressings, and tapas. The intensity of the spiciness is easily adjustable, so everyone can tailor the dishes to their own taste.

If you love Mediterranean cuisine and a pleasant spiciness, this chili olive oil can be a true staple in your kitchen. The richness of Spanish extra virgin olive oil and the dynamic character of chili meet in a single bottle.
