Crystal peppers are so called because they are so thin that they look like glass.

A real treasure from the Ebro Valley that they roast with beech wood, peel them by hand (without using water so that they do not lose their flavour), cut them into strips and dress them with extra virgin arbequina olive oil. It is a very laborious process with a delicious result. Production is supervised by the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin: Piquillo peppers from Lodosa, as can be seen from the numbered back label on the packaging

It is a real delight, so soft, they melt in your mouth! They are sweet and never spicy. And only have 5.7% fat.

Sweet and delicate in flavour, they are best eaten cold or at room temperature, although they can also be warmed. They are delicious as they are or with a few slices of garlic on top, to accompany duck products (grilled foie gras, micuit, pâtés, etc.), soft cheeses, Iberian ham and impressive with fried eggs.

The Rosara kitchen team works each and every one of its products with great care in their own kitchen, where they are prepared and packed by hand by qualified personnel. The preserves do not need to be kept cold, but we recommend that you store them in a cool place until they are ready to be opened.

Rosara is a canning company located in the heart of Navarre region, Northern Spain, and they have been a reference in the sector for years thanks to the traditional and natural way in which they work.

Their cuisine is based on slow cooking, quality products and a lot of patience because that is all they use in their products, no artificial products, no preservatives or flavourings.
