A typical Alentejo olive oil, fruity and mild, with golden-yellow color and aroma of fresh herbs.
This terroir olive oil is produced mainly from the Galega olive variety, originating from the traditional olive groves of Monte da Colónia.
There is a careful selection of the fruit from the field to the mill, resulting in an authentic and genuine oil, full of aromas and flavors. This product is unique due to the cold extraction and direct obtaining of the olives through mechanical processes.
The 0,5 and 0,75 liter variants come in dark glass bottles and the 2 and 5 liter versions are available in dark plastic cans.
