Sweet figs, tart-sweet balsamic vinegar from Modena, and a thick, creamy consistency: La Chinata's fig balsamic cream is that small bottle where even a few drops can completely transform a simple dish.

Its base is composed of 70% Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP. In the history of the product, La Chinata specifically highlights the figs sourced from Extremadura, which add a rich, fruity flavor to the sweet-and-sour character of the balsamic vinegar.

It is exceptionally good with aged cheeses—with Manchego, Pecorino, or Parmigiano Reggiano, you immediately understand why the fig was added. But a few drizzles are enough for grilled meats and vegetables, salads, carpaccio, or baked goat cheese. And it doesn't end there: it provides an interesting contrast for fruit salads, fresh figs, or even vanilla ice cream. La Chinata also recommends it for marinating fish and meats.

Serving tip: a piece of aged Manchego + a few drops of fig balsamic cream. Five seconds of work, surprisingly serious results.
