Pulpo a la gallega , or Galician octopus, is a seafood specialty from the Galicia region of Spain. It is traditionally cooked octopus, rubbed with sea salt, red pepper, and olive oil, and eaten with bread.

The pâté is a modern interpretation of this recipe, allowing us to enjoy this authentic flavor quickly and easily.

Use: cold, spread on bread or toast, or for tapas platters, with a glass of fine white wine.
