La Chinata iberico pâté brings a rich, traditional flavor to our table in Extremadura, western Spain: carefully prepared from high-quality Iberian pork, flavored with the smoky, slightly sweet taste of the original “Pimentón de la Vera” pepper - this spice with a protected geographical origin gives the pâté its characteristic, warm flavor.
The result is a creamy delicacy in which gourmet cream made from Iberian pork is mixed with extra virgin olive oil and spices, creating a smooth but full-bodied spread that combines the succulent taste of Iberian pork with the intense aroma of smoked paprika.
