A soft cream cheese that combines two perfectly matched ingredients, in which the intense flavor of goat cheese balances the sweet taste of caramelized onions.

The cheese's creamy texture and slightly spicy, sour taste are harmoniously complemented by the sweet and spicy aroma of the onion. Goat cheese has been a staple in rural cuisine in Spain for centuries, especially in the regions of Andalusia and Extremadura, where fresh cheeses were often flavored with local vegetables and olive oil.

It is excellent as an aperitif spread on toast, for tapas or with grilled meats, but can also be dipped in raw vegetables (celery stalks, carrots).

Perfect for spontaneous dinners or gatherings with friends. Combine with other special creams from La Chinata to create a wide variety of appetizers in no time.
