250g MammaMia specialty whole bean coffee + 2 Ditta Artigianale espresso cups with saucers.
The MammiaMia is an exceptionally special blend of coffees. This unique blend is made from four excellent origin coffees: from Peru, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Honduras.
MammiaMia is a true sensory experience, enchanting the senses with the captivating aromas of chocolate and dried fruits.
Each carefully selected lot uniquely contributes to the creation of MammiaMia. The Peruvian coffee beans provide a gentle sweetness, the Costa Rican ones a fresh fruity acidity, the Ethiopian ones a floral taste, and the Honduran ones a pleasant spicy complexity. Their combination results in a surprising blend that stands out for its exceptional quality.
Francesco – one of the owners of Ditta Artigianale – wanted to balance the blend by studying new botanical varieties and fermentation methods, thus achieving a coffee with medium-low acidity and intense notes of chocolate, ripe cherry, caramel, and almond.
Francesco Masciullo, the head of coffee for Ditta Artigianale, won the 2026 Italian Coffee Roasting Championship, thereby officially earning the title of “Italy's Best Coffee Roaster.”
The blend, dedicated to his mother, who disliked overly acidic coffees, is a tribute to the women in the coffee world, as the coffee beans come from farms managed by women whom Francesco met and highly respected during his travels.
