Manchego Curado from Quesos Corcuera embodies the rich heritage of Spain’s most celebrated cheese. Crafted in La Puebla de Montalbán, in the Toledo region, this cheese carries the Denominación de Origen Protegida - D.O.P Manchego seal, guaranteeing that it is made exclusively from the milk of Manchega sheep grazing in Castilla-La Mancha.
