Modica and Marsala in a single bar: two of Sicily’s famous gastronomic traditions meet in this unique chocolate.

The intense, dark cocoa character of the Cioccolato di Modica, with its minimum 50% cocoa content, is complemented by the distinctive, sweet, and complex aroma of Marsala dessert wine. The pairing is remarkably harmonious: alongside the bitterness of the cocoa, rounder, more mature notes reminiscent of dried fruits and caramel tones emerge.

Thanks to the traditional Modican process, the chocolate has a finely granular and crunchy texture, as the sugar crystals remain partially intact due to the low-temperature processing. It is the world’s only PGI-certified chocolate, cold-processed, vegan, and naturally gluten- and lactose-free.

An exceptionally good after-dinner chocolate: enjoy it on its own, with an espresso, or—what else—with a glass of Marsala.
