The Nebrodi black pig is an indigenous Sicilian breed, raised semi-wild, resulting in meat with a more distinctive, richer flavour than traditional pork. This special mortadella is built on this foundation and is made using a slow process to preserve its juiciness and aromas.

The finely ground meat and the hidden fattier parts create a perfect balance, made truly unique by Sicilian pistachios. The slightly nutty, subtly sweet pistachios perfectly highlight the rich, spicy character of the mortadella, while adding an elegant Mediterranean twist to the overall experience.
