This olive oil is made exclusively from carefully selected, organically grown Koroneiki olives, harvested in the early stages of ripening. The olives are processed within a few hours, using gentle, cold pressing (below 27°C), thus preserving the oil's freshness, natural aromas, and valuable nutritional content.

The result is a vibrant, golden-green oil with a fresh, green olive aroma and a clean, distinctive flavor profile. Its taste subtly reveals freshness, a balanced bitterness, and a pleasant, slightly pungent finish – all hallmarks of high-quality, freshly pressed olive oil.
