Unique and inimitable - this Nostrano salami (means: 'our salami') with pistachio is produced by Salumi Caputo in Sant’Angelo di Brolo, an ancient village in the province of Messina located in a lush valley abundant with olive, orange and hazelnut trees, 400 metres above sea level in the Nebrodi Natural Park.

The quality of this salami lies in the simplicity of its ingredients: fresh pork, hand-cut into cubes and seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, and premium pistachios. It’s then carefully stuffed into natural pork casing.

To fully appreciate its flavor, pistachio salami should be sliced with a smooth-bladed knife. Its taste is both refined and unique - thanks not only to the balanced seasoning of salt and pepper, but also to the distinctive microclimate of the valley, which plays a key role in the aging process and depth of flavor.
