This is one of Portugal's most favourite jams.

The recipe goes back centuries and it's consumed with basically everything. It is an an exceptional combination, a harmonious sweetness unfolds as the flavors of pine nuts mingle with the sweet fragrance of pumpkin.

Excellent to eat with a slice of fresh bread, toast, savoury biscuits, pancakes, ice cream or goat's or sheep's cheese.

Needless to say, it's free from preservatives, additives, colourings or any artificial material.
