Quinta do Gradil Branco is a fresh and elegant white wine from the Lisbon wine region of Portugal, made from a blend of Arinto and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties (50-50%). The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean provides a cooler microclimate for the area, which helps preserve the wine's natural acidity and fresh character.
The must, made from carefully harvested grapes, ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the aromas and the fruity character. After fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees for several months, during which natural bâtonnage occurs, giving the wine a fuller texture and more complex flavor.
On the nose, it offers citrus fruits, lime, lemon, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is vibrant, fresh, and harmonious, with pleasant minerality and a long, refreshing finish.
It is an ideal choice for fish dishes, seafood, light salads, or Mediterranean appetizers, but also excellent as an aperitif, well chilled.
Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Arinto (50%)
Recommended serving temperature: 7-9 °C
Alcohol: 12.5%
