With tasty seafood (langoustines and prawns), fish stock and poached vegetables Rosara created this delicious product. The word mousse comes from the French "foam" and refers to dishes or desserts with a spongy texture. This is achieved naturally by the action of the beaten egg together with the other ingredients of the product.
It can be used as a base for canapés to accompany meat and smoked dishes, as an ingredient for your salads or on its own in mini rusks. It goes well with cooked seafood, with mayonnaise or pink sauce, with curry and with preserved seafood.
We recommend spreading directly on bread or as a base for canapés (smoked meats, ham) or as an accompaniment to all types of meat and fish or as a filling for pastries or pasta.
Ingredients: Fish stock (water and conger eel), pasteurised egg, cream, tomato, seafood (langoustine, red shrimp and prawns) (7%), onion, carrot, sunflower oil, leek, rice, brandy, salt, spices, ascorbic acid
