This Manzanilla olive stuffed with black truffle, one of Aceitunas Bernal's more unique products, elevates classic Spanish aperitivo culture to a whole new level.

The Manzanilla variety is one of Andalusia's most well-known olives: medium-sized, meaty, with a slightly almondy character and pleasant, fresh acidity. This elegant base works perfectly with the deep, earthy aroma of the black truffle in the filling. The result is an intense yet balanced flavor profile, where the freshness of the olive and the luxurious notes of the truffle beautifully complement each other.

The olives are traditionally preserved in brine, thus retaining their natural texture and flavor, while the aromas of the filling subtly permeate the fruit pulp.

We primarily recommend enjoying it as an aperitif, alongside a glass of dry white wine or cava, but it also works wonderfully as a special element in tapas platters. It's an excellent choice with cheeses – especially softer, creamy types – or even as part of an elegant appetizer for guests.

This product is a perfect example of when a traditional ingredient and a premium flavor profile meet – familiar and surprisingly new at the same time.
